A simple, employer-led model

PHASE 1 — SELECTION & CONDITIONAL HIRING

— You stay in the driver's seat.

The selection strategy is owned and executed by your hiring team to ensure a perfect match with your technical standards and culture.

You define: Selection criteria, assessment methodology, interview structure, final approval. We handle: Candidate sourcing, scheduling, test administration, communication logistics. You conduct: Technical tests, project reviews, final interviews — directly with your hiring managers and domain experts.

Conditional Offer Stage
Shortlisted candidates receive a Conditional Offer of Employment from your firm. This offer becomes a firm contract only after they complete training successfully — so your investment is tied to performance, not promises.

PHASE 2 — IMMERSIVE Engineering, BIM & DIGITAL DELIVERY TRAINING

This isn't a software course. It's a five-month simulated project environment that mirrors the complexity of live AEC delivery — so candidates graduate as deployment-ready professionals, not just tool operators.

Why it works
Candidates spend their training inside a project simulation built around real-world deliverables — drawings issued for coordination, clashes raised and resolved, models federated, BEPs drafted. By month five, they've already done the work you'd hire them to do.

PHASE 3 — EVALUATION & CERTIFICATION

— A four-layered evaluation framework.

Evaluation is continuous, not a single test at the end. That means we identify your top performers early — and surface anyone needing remedial support before it becomes your problem.

PHASE 4 — ONBOARDING

From trainee to team member, seamlessly.

On certification, the conditional offer activates automatically. Your HR team issues the final appointment letter and service agreement. Candidates submit onboarding documentation. They're at their desk, billable, on day one.

Yes. The programme is built around global standards (ISO 19650, RIBA, LOD frameworks) and the two-year agreement includes a geographical mobility clause.

Yes. The capstone is built around a live project brief from your firm, and module content can be tailored to your specific software environment, project types, and delivery standards.
