Establish a 3-year, zero-cost MOU to unlock co-branded programs for your entire campus. Every partnership includes:
The Institutional Membership is a single agreement between CADBIM Centre and your institution — but the benefits flow to three distinct audiences inside your campus. The institution itself gets co-branding and accreditation evidence. Faculty get access to development programs, content and CAS-ready certificates. Students get full CADBIM Student Chapter benefits at 50% of the Premium membership fee. Membership in both the Student Chapter and the Faculty Chapter is set up and managed from the institution's side.

A dedicated Faculty Chapter
Chapter benefits at 50% off Premium
Every institution under MOU operates a single CADBIM Campus Chapter — and inside it run two distinct sub-chapters, one for students and one for faculty. The institution sets up and manages membership in both from its own side, through a dedicated Campus Chapter login on the CADBIM website (separate from the institutional MOU login).
Empower your Chapter Coordinator with a dedicated management portal. From this centralized dashboard, your institution can directly:
Everything inside the Institutional Bundle is free under the MOU. The only paid component is the optional Integrated Program — a certification, BIM Mastery, or Live International track chosen to fit the institution. It is a paid program offered under a separate Strategic Technical Partnership (STP).
Elevate your curriculum with structured, industry-aligned skilling.
For institutions looking to give their students an exceptional edge in placements, CADBIM Centre offers bespoke, advanced skilling pathways. Mapped flawlessly to your university's specific requirements, these tailored tracks seamlessly integrate with your existing degree programs. Available across Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Public Health, these programs provide a structured bridge between academic excellence and top-tier global AEC careers.
Focused, credential-driven courses that map to specific certifications — ideal for placement-readiness in a single discipline.
A deeper, multi-module pathway building end to end Engineering Design and BIM capability across disciplines.
Makes participants industry ready along side the degree program.
Our Advanced Integrated Programs are delivered through an STP agreement. This tailored partnership runs beautifully alongside your free Institutional MOU, allowing your campus to seamlessly offer Premium Certification, BIM Mastery, or Live International tracks to your students without disrupting your core syllabus.
Every STP is fully customized — matching your specific academic needs, delivery schedules, and commercial preferences.
Sessions are scheduled outside core class hours so the Integrated Program runs in parallel with the regular degree without disrupting attendance, exams, or placements.
Theory & concept sessions delivered online via CADBIM's LMS. Workshops, studio reviews and capstones run on-campus or at a CADBIM delivery centre.
Two 2-hour weekday evening sessions (6:30–8:30 PM) plus one weekend studio block (4 hours). Aligned to the institution's academic calendar.
Each cohort has a lead instructor plus a project mentor from the CADBIM Centre's live project pool. Faculty observers from the host institution are welcome at every session.

Topics, schedule, duration and delivery mode (online, on-campus, or hybrid) are decided together with the department head to fit your academic calendar.
Content is aligned to the AICTE-ATAL structure faculty already know, and certificates are CAS-ready for internal documentation.
Access to the CADBIM e-learning library, pedagogy resources, and co-authoring / whitepaper opportunities for interested faculty.
Each MOU institution receives a dedicated Campus Chapter login on the CADBIM website — separate from the institutional MOU login. From there, the placement cell or department coordinator manages both the Student Chapter and Faculty Chapter, and enrols members for all engagement events. Individual members can also register directly using their chapter member ID.
