Equipping Educators to Build Industry-Ready Engineers
Register Your InstitutionBring real-world AEC industry practices into your classrooms. CADBIM's Faculty Development Programs upskill your teaching staff with the tools, methodologies, and project frameworks shaping the future of design and construction. On-campus, online, or hybrid — designed around your institution's calendar, curriculum, and goals.
The AEC industry is moving faster than ever. Engineering Design, Building Information Modelling, digital project delivery, parametric design, and integrated workflows have shifted from "advanced" to "standard." Yet the gap between what institutions teach and what employers expect continues to widen.
This isn't a curriculum problem alone — it's a knowledge transfer problem. When faculty are equipped with industry-current tools and methodologies, students inherit that advantage automatically. The institutions producing the most placement-ready graduates today are the ones investing in their educators first.
CADBIM's Faculty Development Programs exist to make that investment effortless, structured, and outcome-focused. We bring our industry-tested methods, live project frameworks, and certified instructors directly to your campus — and we leave behind a teaching team that's not just informed, but equipped.

Why Institutions Across India Choose CADBIM for Faculty Development
Any faculty member, department head, or training officer at an engineering college, architecture school, polytechnic, or university. We work with both private and government institutions.
FDP fees depend on format (on-campus / online / hybrid), duration, number of participants, and customization level. We share a tailored proposal after our initial consultation. Both per-program and annual partnership models are available.
Yes. Every participating faculty member receives a certificate of completion from CADBIM Centre. Optional pathways into Autodesk Certified Instructor and BIM certifications are available for those interested.
Absolutely. Curriculum alignment is a core part of how we design every FDP. Share your existing syllabus during the consultation phase and we'll build the program around it.
Either works. We've delivered single-department FDPs as well as multi-department, institution-wide programs. The format adapts to your needs.
Typically 10 faculty members for online FDPs and 25 for on-campus FDPs. We can discuss flexibility for smaller departments.
We recommend 6–8 weeks of lead time for on-campus FDPs and 3–4 weeks for online formats. Custom programs may need additional time for curriculum design.
Yes. Many institutions move from a single FDP into a year-round College Connect partnership covering FDPs, student programs, internships, and curriculum advisory. Mention this during consultation.
