A. Information Provided Directly by You

  • Identity & Contact Details: First name, last name, profile name, gender, date of birth, contact number, email address, physical mailing address, and government-issued identification numbers where required for official certification or tax receipts.
  • Academic & Professional Profile: Educational background, degree certificates, engineering discipline such as Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, or Mechanical, university or college name, employment status, current company, resume details, and project portfolios.
  • Enrollment & Assessment Metrics: Selected training cohorts, batch schedules, assignment submissions, attendance records, quiz grades, capstone project review logs, and certification status.
  • Payment & Transaction Data: Billing address, invoice history, transaction reference IDs, and EMI arrangements.

Financial Security Note: All payment transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers, CVVs, bank passwords, or UPI PINs, is processed directly by the payment gateway and is never stored on our servers.

  • Protection of Peer & Community Data: As part of your enrollment, you may be added to official CADBIM Centre WhatsApp groups, student forums, or batch channels. You are strictly prohibited from harvesting, collecting, copying, exporting, leaking, or sharing the contact details, phone numbers, or personal information of fellow students, instructors, or staff members with competitors, external agencies, or third parties outside the CADBIM Centre network.

Meta / WhatsApp Exclusion Clause: We specifically exclude SMS/text messaging consent and phone numbers collected for messaging purposes from being sold, rented, leased, or shared with external third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
